Plot
This epic drama picture is based on the international best-selling novel by Arthur Golden, Memoirs of a Geisha.
The story of a young Japanese girl, Chiyo Sakamoto, who is sold by her impoverished family before World War II to a geisha house called an okiya. As times goes by, this child blossom's into the legendary geisha Sayuri.
